SHIPPING

All shipping is FREE. We ship First Class, Registered and Insured via US Postal Service. Free Shipping only applies to US addresses only. Please contact us for International shipping.

Delivery time via US Postal Service will be 3 to 5 business days depending on the zone.

We like to keep you informed throughout the order process. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order begins its road trip to you, well send another email updating you on your order.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

Goldnik offers an easy return policy. Goldnik is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with our jewelery, you may return it in its original condition. You can return any item within 30 days of shipping from our store with no questions asked. The item should be in its original condition and packaging.

REMEMBER that the return shipping has to be paid by the customer unless you recieve a damaged or incorrect item.

Please place the item and it's original packaging in the box and return it with the return address label supplied. The return package will not be accepted unless sent via First Class, Registered and Insured US Postal Service.

NOTE that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

Once your item is recieved, it will then be reviewed by our Quality Control Department. You will recieve e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange, within seven business days. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to the sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in anyway cannot be accepted for return.
